1. As all the experts mentioned, please go through your marriage certificate once to know whether its hindu/christain marriage act. ?

2. Check the respective marriage act grounds for divorce ?

3. Do you have solid evidence to prove that your wife fall into that grounds (E.g. Adultry, cruelty etc.)?

4. For E.g.Proving adultry, Wife not doing house chores etc.. are very diffucult to prove unless you have solid evidence.

Best guidelines from suffered men in India: If you have no strong evidence just be patient to avoid false cases from your wife.

Many wives lodged Domestic voilence, 498a, DP 3/4, 504 and 506 after husband filing the divorce as a counter. Do not do the same mistake and fall into the trap.

She just files cases. most of the women doesnt attend court properly just to delay.

I am not saying those false allegations are going to cause you Jail etc.. But the process of these cases takes your money, emotional pain,health issues, stress for your elderly ones & siblings etc..
