Sir, I thank for the reply. Asstt. Registrar of Society, Thane has issued an orders to the society to provide a copy of the Agreement for sale / purchase in connection with the decision of "Housing Darbar". Whether the concept of Housing Darbar and the decisions taken therein have legal binding / status. Housing Darbar is concept introduced / ordered by the Commissioner of Co operative Society, Pune to clear the pending cases.
