All about right to information

Nice information as far as RTI is concern. But how to apply online ? Is there any procedure to apply through online ?

As far as I know that the Right to Information application can be made online but only in selected states.. Till now, the Congress Party has not activated this service in the Centre and its ruling States..

I recently was informed that people in Bihar can make a request for information telephonically and the Rs.10/- fee will be charged by the Authorities on the Telephone Bill of the Applicant.
