Allegations against my brother and mother ?

Dear Experts My wife filled complaint in women cell against me, my brother and my mother there was so many allegations on me and my mother. But only one allegation is on my brother that he showed her a knife. my question is on the basis of this allegation on my brother FIR will be done in his name also or only me and mother name. Allegations for all dowry demand and torture etc false false.....but specific allegation for my mother is she is putting poison in my mind so that I leave her and do second marriage and get more dowry. regards 498a = frauds
