Alloted property under rent control act

Hi, I have some old alloted property under rent control act and the landlady died recently without any heir and those related to her are not interested in this property. I was close to her and so she alloted her old property to me as I was in need. In this case, is it possible to get the land ownership, if yes then how ? If no, then what happens to the property in such cases? Appreciate your help!

1) Law is such that you can protect your possession against everyone even if you have no title deeds. You can file a suit and seek protection from court if someone threatens.
2) Only true owner can ask your eviction.
3) In India oral evidence is valid. You can file a suit for declaration of ownership and can lead oral evidence in your support.

But, remember the facts and written statements filed, documentary evidence filed with such affidavits so far in such eviction case already -also do count in your such claims if any in future.
