Amendment application at the stage of final arguments

Dear Sirs, Request for your kind advise on below facts: A lady has demanded maintenance under domestic violence act besides other reliefs in MM court. Case is at final arguments. In the beginning of Case lady requested for 10000 monthly as maintenance. Husband concealed his income and interim maintenance was fixed at 1500 per month based on his declared income of 4000 per month. Now husband's bank account statement has been filed in the court which shows lacs for Rs. transactions per month. Wife want to pray for enhanced maintenance of 35000 based on bank statements. Can she do so by moving amendment application to main petition by amending words 10000 per month to 35000 per month at this stage of final arguments. Kindly share your valuable views.
