Recently in a Judgement made by Madhya Pradesh High Court, where salary components like Conveyance, HRA etc are to be considered for the purpose of computing PF, was noticed. Based on this, a circular was also issued by PF authorities. Would like to know the status of review petitions filed in MP High Court as well as Madras High Court regarding this.? Whether this is concurred by the Labour Deptt centrally?
