Letter of administration issued by the court. At the time of filling petition, locker number with saving account of deceased was not known to the petitioner hence locker number was not mentioned in petition as well as in letter of administration. Now bank told that locker number and also told that locker number must be written in LOA.
Kindly tell the provision under which one can get amendment in Letter of Administration.
