Dear Seniors
I am prepare one RSA where in substantial question of Law raised and appellant want to amend ws filed by them after settlement of charges ,list of witness exchanged more importantly PW 1 version recorded.
Pls help in case laws & references against amendment of WS after PW1 version recorded

The plaintiff may give " Rejoinder " to that written statement, i.e. a reply to that written statement. On receipt of rejoinder from the plaintiff, the defendant is also entitled to give his rejoinder on those specific points.
