My grand father has two sons and 4 daughters.
my uncle (fathers brother ) died without marriage.
recently my father also died. i have done aggrement with my paternal aunties half share to them and half should mine.
last month they filed suit. they want equal share . that means divided by 5 parts.What i will do regarding this.
they filed suit we are joint family and jointly enjoying property now they have dispute ,so please make 5 amicable shares. but actually it is in my possession only. how i will reply to that suit house purpose i will show house taxes,what about land regarding tax ( i have only passbook)
