A policeman came to my house and served me notice under section 41a of the CRPC and said a cheating case is registered against me and I have to appear at the police station within five days.
I write a letter to the police station that I will appear within twenty days due to some health issues.
Can police arrest me before this period? Kindly advise me.
If you disobey the police summons then the police may proceed to arrest and remand you under judicial custody
