Ancestral property

My father were three brothers. One of my uncle aunty were issueless (no natural heir ) both uncle aunty died without leaving any nominee or custodian of their property. Their agricultral land is now transferred to my name and the other uncle. my query is, the house in which my uncle aunty used live is forcibly occupied by the other uncle and one of his son settled in it and claiming that this house was given to them by the uncle aunty. They are refusing any of my claim . Can I sell the my legal share in that house , don't want to make it a disputed property?

Hi,

Check whether your name is mentioned in the revenue records of the said property as one of the owners. If yes then you can certainly sell your share in the property.. but to mention exact portion of the property to be sold, you have to take other owners as consenting party in the sale deed of the property. And if they are not ready to cooperate then you will have to file a suit of partition of the property.
