Ancestral property

I am Sanjay Tak

The issue is that my wife wants to take legal action against her sister for the ancestral property she has sold and farm land which has been mortgaged to a Bank for loan with the help of her father and forged signature of 5 sisters (other sisters signed with their consent.)

General information

  1. All 11 sisters married.

  2. Father and mother supports only one daughter.

  3. All the property is in the name of Grand father who is no-more and has not made any will towards his only son.

How can I know whether the farm land mortgaged to Bank is not sold /registered /transferred to the sister-in-law as she has used the money to buy property for her husband.

What action should be taken to prevent one sister getting all the property.
