The issue is that my wife wants to take legal action against her sister for the ancestral property she has sold and farm land which has been mortgaged to a Bank for loan with the help of her father and forged signature of 5 sisters (other sisters signed with their consent.)

Father and mother supports only one daughter.

All the property is in the name of Grand father who is no-more and has not made any will towards his only son.
How can I know whether the farm land mortgaged to Bank is not sold /registered /transferred to the sister-in-law as she has used the money to buy property for her husband.
What action should be taken to prevent one sister getting all the property.
