Hi,
I am Mahesh, we have Aancestral Property, where there are 5 brothers and we are children of these. The satbara was on name of 2nd uncle and all the other brothers was OK because of honesty on the brother. After the uncle expired all the property was taken on there children name. As they are now ready, but they have divided the property by putting the chitts without concerning me. I am one of the child out of this one brother who is now expired.
Can my cousin brother can sale the property or sale any of the trees, kalam, maad etc out of this property as still the name is not updated on the saat bara.
Please advise how to get this people on line, is there any way.
