Thankyou sir ,
I also want to utter further,if the marriage is not solemnized properly ,the marriage didnt even have any sat pheras so can it stand for the violation of section 7 under the Hindu Marriage Act ,1955.And the pictures taken of the marriage were solely for the affidavit and city hall marriage certificate sake. The marriage is not yet registered legally. This was the biggest fraud played. How much time can annulment process take if case filed after 2 months of marriage.
