I am new to this area. Recently our case for ABA is been withdrawn with the direction to surrender within 4 weeks. Is our arrest warrent still be effective during that period of 4 weeks. It is to mentioned here that in orderther is no specific instruction in this regard.

Yes, the warrant of arrest is still effective till its execution of recall by the court issuing it.
