I am planning to file a PIL on the maintenance laws of our country and was wondering if there is any repository or database of PILs filed in India. Any one know any thing like that? Like AIR or SCC etc
Reason is to check in such repository if any PIL was earlier filed on the same topic/point as I wanted to file.
