Hi, Have purchased a flat in Pune. Builder has written in agreement that he is going to do apartment deeds with all flat owners. He also mentioned in agreement regarding using additional FSI, open space, terrace etc.
Can we fight with builder to go for society formation rather than apartment deeds ? How we can stop him using above all in future ?
