This is regarding the Apartment association registration in 1972 act. Unfortunately Builder didn’t register the association but as an residents we started forming our own team to register the association in 1972 act and we identified temporary MC members to start the registration process. Initially all the residents were agreed to form the association under 1972 act, later stages, not sure what’s the reason, they stopped the association registration in 1972 act. the temporarily formed MC members not ready to register the association in 1972 act, because they have to follow the all the rules and regulations in 1972. we are insisting all the MC members and residents to register the association in 1972, but many of residents and MC members are not coming forward to register the association in 1972 act… what’s are the actions we can take on the residents and MC’s if they are not ready to register the association in 1972 act? because it’s indirectly impacting on residents who want to legally follow the rules and regulations defined in 1972 act.
