Appeal against SEBI

Can someone please guide me the procedure for appealing in High Court against the orders of SEBI without approaching SAT ...Thanx

The courts may not entertain you directly without SAT.

However, if you have a SAT Ruling in a case which is similar to your case and the ruling in not in your favour, then you can approach the Court directly pleading that SAT already has a ruling in a similar case to my case and you want to appeal against the SAT ruling.
