My wife had filed DV and 498 A, I got arrested and now in bail.
Me and my wife was staying in a lease house where my wife only staying i tried a lot to vacate the house she never allowed.
now i stay in my native place with my parents, case is running.
In dv act my wife had given bangalore lease house address and filed a case.
My lawyer said we can file jurisdiction does not come we can say that me and wife never stayed in bangalore like this and we can dismiss the case and we filed crpc 91 to produce the lease addrement asking my wife to produce original lease agreent ( I have the origianl agrement) it is pending in court, we said in court its a forgery agreement made on my name ( as my lawyer adviced)
but Order can against us stating Dir copy is there so the court have jurisdiction to entertain the case.
We had appeal in high court its in pending
Now my wife had collected 498 A Bail application made my me, in whhich i had given the bangalore address as my address and prayed for bail and said i stay in this jurisdiction i am working here so and so.
I am realy scared now she had taken a certified copy of this produced in highcourt in objection.
Now what i can do??
