Appeal period in expartee divorce-30days or 90 days

Hi All,

Please confirm appeal period in exparte divorce 30 days or 90 days? If wife filed by Divorce and got exparte divorce. How many days husband has appeal period 30 days or 90 days.? Thanks for ur time......

Since divorce is a civil court procedure, most states have a 30 - day deadline to file a notice of appeal.

Hi, After 30 days exparte divorce are valid? After 30 days cant we appeal ? Please advise.

you can move an application within 30 days to re- open the exparte decree in the same court and if fails to do so then you may go for an appeal within 90 days .

If the exparte decree is to be set aside, it has be done with an application before the same court within 30 days, or if an appeal is decided to be preferred, it would be within 90 days before the higher court.
