Appeal suit status to be know

Dear Gurus,

I had filled a suit at District Municif Court against our municipal commissioner and other encroachers infront of our steet. Judgement favoured to us in 2011. The respodent filled an appeal suit against the Sub court.

My Query

1. I would like to know any status quo position is given to encroachers 

shall i request PIO of sub court, under RTI.
