Hi,
I have read in few forums that when bail is granted to an accused, he need not appear in court till such time charge sheet is filed. It also says pleader too need not be present till such time charge sheet is filed.

But in my case, though I am on bail, I am appearing in court on every date given by Hon. Court. I need to move an application citing judgments that I need not be present in court till such time charge sheet is filed and that I may please be issued with summons once charge sheet is filed.
How do I draft such applcation for Hon Court ?
