Application in same court against its order

Dear experts,Pl. Guide whether ACJM Court has power to accept an application against its own order on medical ground. Kindly advise.

Yes, review petition can be filed in same court. But you should have very strong point for review as success rate of review petition is very less.

Can medical condition I.e. stones in both kidney which exist at the time of original order but not known to court be the base of review petition.
