i have filled an application(OA) in principal bench @ delhi, court said prima facie its a plural relief and barred by CAT( procedural rule) section 10 though send the notice to the respondent for reply for admission and there are totla of 24 applicants some relief between them same and some diffrent
what i can do from the below things and best suited to me
1. file MA and withdraw it then again refile it with seperate reliefs
2. file MA for amendment of prayer and then what is seperate i file accordingley
3. file MA for amendment of OA
