Arbitrator and his order related query

If arbitrator passes an order and the and the receiver approaches police for its execution then under what section does the party in whose favour the order is passed/ reciever has to get it regularised from the court?

Award of the Arbitrator needs to be executed through the competent Civil Court.

Hello,

After passing the arbitration award, one has to approach the court for execution of the award. You cannot directly approach the police for the execution of the award.
