Are property ownership laws ethical?

I am amazed seeing the growing daily brawls and deaths happening over property matters. Aren't the one who made these property laws to be blamed here?

A basic question arises, is it ethical to own a property?....  if yes how?

Thinking carefully... people can only own something they have earned virtuously. Earth was given to never given to anyone by GOD ever to own. At-least I have so far not heard or read of it. So, how come all the humans grouped up and started claiming ownership of the same.

And upon claiming ownership how have everyone started selling the same legally?

Can a laws be amoral? If not, what is the morality behind legally allowing property ownership?

Can I land up in someone's property and then start to claim it as mine....  just because I do know who its owner is?
