I am planning to buy a builder floor on Ashok Vihar Phase 3 extension, Gurgaon.
Builder is saying that the registry will be done in my name, and the property is on a plot of more than 180 sq yards.
Can anybody tell me if the property is on an illegal colony??
i have already paid 21000 as a token amount.

You need to provide the details of the property and documents , what all you have submitted and also what all did you get in retrun from the builder
