Audio proof in 498a

I have hired a lawyer and I made him listen to the audio recordings that I have of my wife where she threatens to hurt herself and call police. My lawyer said that audio recording cannot be accepted since the opposite party can say that it's mimicked. I have audio recordings of my wife and my outlaws. Can't this be considered as an evidence against false 498a?

Audio recordings are proof. The court can direct the other party to go through FSL and if she denies undergoing the same, the court would take contrary view of her assertions.

Things to guard is that the transcriptt should be prepared and the recordings should be kept on original media.

Similar thing recently happened in a case in Delhi.
