in a judgement, if accused gets punishment near to 3 yrs jail in sec 467 ipc.what is procedure and bail form to get release and bail in session court . where such form are to submit in session court ,pl advise.thanks

The appeal challanging the conviction need to be so strong that the court is able to agree for suspension of sentence.
