Bail

Hi,

I would like to know High court fees for anticipatory bail.  If the daughter in law and her family is threatening her in-laws who are senior citizens and the husband what action can be taken to secure their life. Threats like burning them, and the house and she is asking for money. The marriage is not one year old and i understand that divorce wont be possible at the moment.

How can we save the husband and his family from the girl and her  family. Someone suggested a anticipatory bail in the high court as protection for senior citizen and filing a complaint in the local police station. The husband does not have to stay with the wife if she is threatening him, hence he should also file for anticipatory bail.

how does one proceed?

Thanks

Anessha

All those, who may become victim of 498A, must visit https://498a.org/ and prepare for the future course of action.
