...and Now Charge-sheet have been file by IO .... And I hve applied again Bail application In MM Court For My Friend He is JC from past 2.5 Months....
what u suggest could MM court will grant the bail???..........
What is the charge framed ?
Whether there had been complainant's evidence ? If so, has any such thing has surfaced in evidence ?
It depends upon facts and circumstances of the case, no straight jacket formula exist for grant / decline bail which is discretionary power of Court.
