Hello There

As the offence relates to a punishment for a term of 7 years in section 420. the bail may be granted by the sessions court within 7 days for regular bail and

if anticipatory bail is applied then the bail can be granted immediately keeping in view the judgment of Arnesh Kumar v. State of UP in which the Supreme Court has clearly stated that for offences having punishment upto 7 years, immediate arrest shall not be made.
