Bail order copy

Hi All, My wife filed 498a & DP 3 & 4 case on me and released on regular bail, but I didn’t take bail order copy Xerox. I want Xerox copy of bail order copy. Please advise me where can I get bail order copy? Thanks for quick response.

Hi Venkat,

When you get Bail , your lawyer would have taken bail order copy. From which court did you get bail?

if it is high court you could take the print.

Hi, My lawyer given bail order copy (Original) to my parents and submitted in subjail ,they didnt take xerox. From District magistrate court I got the bail in andhra pradesh.Please advise me Is it possible to take print out through internet if so please provide weblink.Thanks for quick response.

Kindly ask your advocate to apply for a certified copy of the order under 339 Criminal Rules of Practice (CRP). It is equal to your original bail order. Advocate knows the procedure. Need not to worry.
