Dear Experts,

I want to know the procedure of bail in connection with 498a.  Let me clarify that i am from UP and there is no provision of anticipatry Bail.

After stay in HC because mediation failed, case is transfered back to lower court and I have to take bail from lower court.

bail required for my old father aged 66 years, mother aged 61 years, sister aged 39 years, BIL-aged 42 years, second sister aged 36 years, BIL-37 years old.

I m from city A and my estraged wife is from city B.  Case of 498a is filed in city B.  I hardly know anyone in city B except my lawyer.  Both cities A & B are in UP. How to arrange for surities??

What are the do's and don'ts plz advice.

Are you on interim bail till mediation results and final application need to be decided post mediation this happen when the mediation is local and not at Allahabad HC mediation centre , OR

your mediation was held at mediation centre allahabad HC in that case court would allow or allowed you 2-3 weeks to appear before lower court and seek bail.

You would need to surrender in the JMFC court and take regular bail.

Most of the times now HC is ordering for same disposal of bail petition in UP.

Trust you got an effective lawyer to get you bail on same day.
