Ban on selling property

one of my relative is a very drunkard and gambler. He has some acres of land on his name inherited from his father after his father's death. Now he is selling this land to buy alcohol and play cards in every 2-3 months. He has two little girl child but by then they will grow up this man would sell all the property and nothing will be left for girls. He is not ready to transfer this property to his childrens willfully. is there any legal way to put this land on some kind of BAN on selling or stay so that he can't sell it alone without his children's consent or atleast untill children becomes adult. Suggestions are appreciated.

Which personal law applies in this case.

Are all involved Hindu?

A person can dispose his/her property in his life time in anyone's favor.

Father is liable to maintain minor children, and bear marriage expenses of daughter.

Approach in person alongwith elders of the family, competent and experienced well wishers, seasoned PIP,  a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Civil matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..and share inputs /show the documents/evidence for a considered opinion..

At each location three are some counsels that specialize in such matters and they are well known.

Check for such counsels at LOCAL civil courts, HC, SC……
