Bank demand draft submission issue

When DD is issued by any Bank a receipt is filled by the depositor, an Acknowledgment copy of that receipt is given to the depositor. Not necessary the depositor is the owner of the money of which DD is made. But on bank receipt sign is of the depositor so in this scenario if depositor alleged that he/she is the owner of money of which DD is made, in this case how can we counter and claim that DD money was ours & the person was just depositor.

This is the same scenario as me & you send an office boy to bank with cash to make a DD, & later office boy claim that DD made by his money as on the bank acknowledgement receipt his sign are there.

The transaction is through cash mode only.
