Good day everyone
I do took a bank gurante from Andhra bank 3 years ago in the faour of a private shipping compnay. now after the 3years the bank gurantee doesnt stand valid anymore and when i had approcahed the bank regarding the claim they have informed me that claim can be done after 90 days after expiry or the deposit will be returned when the orignal documents will be returned. And as my company had lost the orignal documents and BG doesnt stands valid anymore can i calim my money .
but the bank is not ready to discharge the money and is asking for origianl documents.
what should i do ?
