Bank loan

What are the RBI guidelines which the banks HAVE TO FOLLOW while levying interest? They do sometimes play mischief or the Managers simply do not know them , especially in rural areas.

RBI has issued various circulars about rate of interest depending upon the nature of loan. I will try to make available as many as I can.
