hello there once again !!
1) Lot of people have received letter from various banks for depost of money to their loan account otherwise "photo of loanee and his guarantor" will be published in newspaper.
I wish to ask if it is lawful ?? Please suggest.
2) The property of the loanee has been taken over by the bank and is ready for auction. The property does have its own DLC value. Can bank auction the property below the DLC value? Or bank has its own valuation system of the property for auction?? kindly suggest.
3) it has been displayed on atms about the old cheque book to get the new cheque book before 31st march 2013. some of us have still not received the new cheque books. If i have already issued post dated cheques to my car loan what will then happen.
