Bar council enrollment

I have passed by three LLB degree in 1986 from University of Bombay and thereafter was in Government services in the Government of Goa Food & Drugs Regulatory sector and retired in November 2017 as Director, Food & Drugs Administration, & Commissioner, Food Safety Goa; I need to know whether I am required to answer any Bar Council exam for my enrollment & registration, as I intend to undertake my regulatory law practice;
