Bar Enrollment

I dosen't matter from where you get registration. But, better is you register from your own State Bar Coucil i.e. Rajasthan in your case. 

Any law graduate can get enrolled him self with any state bar council across India according to his choice and convenience enrollment fee may vary state to state.If you want to get enrolled your self with the Rajasthan bar council due to cheaper enrollment fee then you should get enrolled yourself with Delhi bar council and later on get transfer it to Rajasthan state ,transfer will carried out without any fee it is held in the Advocates act 1961,but it will be better to get enrolled yourself with your home state from begning
