I read in this site that for Govt Service matters, Benefit of reservation can be taken only once (i.e. for appointment or for promotion ).
And the judgement was given by Honble Supremen court. Please give details.

It is not understood what and wherefrom you have read something.
For OBC reeservation is available only on recruitment. Once recruited without reservation OBC employee has no right or option to exercise reservation for promotion.
For SC and ST reservation is avaible for recruitment and each promotion till the employee assumes Class.I post. This is avaialble to him even if his earlier recruitmnet/promotion was without reservation.
