But now a days it is no use to inform about any black money.  Govt itself leglalized black  money through demonetization.  Even if you inform the IT department they wil simply ask the person to pay fine and save the money.

Similarly, if you scroll down, you will find the addresses of Dy.Commissioner / Jt. Commissioner / Assistant Commissioner etc., of various Districts.

You can write to them with complete details under Registered Post.  YOUR COMPLAINT WILL DEFINITELY BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION WILL BE TAKEN BY THE DEPARTMENT.
