Blank cheque

MY EMPLOYER PROMISED ME ORALLY FOR INCREMENT , BUT IN FUTURE DENIED , HE WROTE ONE LEETER TO MESAYING I AN=M TELLING LIES , , I ALSO REPLIED THAT HE IS TELLING LIES , I HAVE RECORDING WITH ME ,  I HAVE BLANK CHEQUE WITH ME , SHALL I USE THAT ,HE DEFINITELY NOT HAVING BALANCE IN HIS ACCOUNT, AND CHEQUE WILL DEFINITELY GET DISHONOURED ....WHAT SHALL YOU SUGGEST ...???

sir this is called breach of trust, and apart from that you will be held liable for forgery...

OK. He agreed but declined in promise.  That does not justify you using his blank cheque to your advantage, which is entrusted to you.

 

If you have proof sue him in labour court/civil court as applicable.
