Hi all
My father purchased a land and cunstructed house after cunstruction was complete Owner of the land started constructing a house for his daughter adjacent to our house. after constructing house he constructed septic tank infront of our main entrance gate and boundry wall to the other side of the gate and blocked the haft portion of the gate.

Your father can seek injunction against that person and seek demolition of the water tank being constructed.
