Bond for appearance

Dear experts, Need your advice on a Case. I have been issued summons u/s 111 of Crpc to show cause as to why I should not be ordered to execute a personal bond u/s 116(3) of Crpc for keeping peace during the pendency of the proceedings. I appeared before the magistrate and filed my reply stating that I am innocent. Since my first appearance, 4-5 dates have been passed and I was present in the court on each dates. Magistrate has asked me to furnish a surety for my appearance but hasn't issued any written order. Please guide whether I should furnish a surety or not till the time he doesn't issue a written order. The case is u/s 107 of Crpc. Is it mandatory to produce any surety in such case? Your valuable advice is requested on the above. Warm regards, Rahul Singhal
