Hi,
I am a doctor and in state services with 11 yr of service. I had signed a bond for 5 yr or 40 lac while joing using study leave for my post graduation. Presently I have completed 4 yr of bond period and interested to join a higher govt insitute to join as my place lack the facilites.
It is not possible for me to jump the bond as i have to take permission from govt service to join other govt position at higher centre. I can't pay complete bond money as not only i have completed 4 yr of the period but can pay for the remaining period
1. Can I pay for the residual bond period and get relieved legally
2. Is there any judgment on getting relieved form bond after paying residual bond money of remaining period
