Three cheques of one party and same bank are bounced. Our bank returns bounced cheques with individual advice attached with each cheque.
Advice is sought to file suit under Section 138 Of Neogiable Instrument Act. Can we file single case covering all the cheques or we need to file separate cases.

You should first serve a lawyer's notice for three cheques and you can file a case u/sec.138 N.I.Act for three cheques in one Petition to Judicial Magistrate Court.
